School Admission Policy

First thru 8th Grade

New students being considered for admission to
St. Genevieve School, the following are required:

• Completed Transfer of Record Form
• Completed Probation Agreement
• Current Immunization Form (must be on file before student begins)
• Copy of Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
• If you are separated or divorced a copy of your
custody papers must be on file

Preschool and Kindergarten Registration

The paperwork listed below must be on file in the School Office before your child can attend school.
• Your child’s baptismal certificate
• Up-to-date immunization records
• Copy of birth certificate
• If you are separated or divorced a copy of your custody papers must be on file

*Additional requirements to begin Preschool will be communicated by the teacher once your application has been accepted.
